American Home REIT (AHR) owns and manages income-generating high-yielding real estates in the United States. In particular, AHR focuses on bulk purchases of large gated Single-Family Home (SFH) communities that meet the investment requirements set by a team of highly experienced management and advisors. This includes an existing organic pipeline from the parent company. AHR will further acquire other SFHs and home communities from other developments to generate a steady income stream for investors.

With in-depth experience in the residential real estate industry through successful land and property development track record over the decades, the management team is confident of delivering a rewarding experience for the unitholders.

Through consistent rental yield and potential capital appreciation AHR will continue to implement constant risk mitigation, flexible investment philosophy whilst actively seeking investment opportunities.

The Manager’s key objectives are to provide the REIT’s Unitholders with reliable and sustainable distributions, through an optimal capital structure to achieve long-term growth.
