FRANK D. HEUSZEL
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and a Practicing attorney. Mr. Frank Heuszel has been in banking his entire professional career and as a banker he has served as Auditor, CFO, Manager of Special Assets, Creditor Officer and General Counsel.
Excellent banking reputation as a strong credit officer, special assets manager, director of compliance and banking operation officer. For over 30+ years, he has served and managed bank's with assets as small as $1.5 billion to over $65 Billion. Leading a Special Assets Group team that service problem loan portfolio consisting of over 2,300 loans. On average his department managed a $4.6 plus billion commercial problem loan portfolio. Specialise in design and implementation of credit polices related to all commercial problem loans, proper loan grading and calculation of related loan loss reserves. Merger and acquisition of over 25 financial institution, nonbanking businesses and FDIC failed financial institutions.

He was previously the Group Chief Development Officer and Executive Director of Singapore Exchange-listed Alset International Limited and was responsible for the Group’s international property development business.
He was previously the Group Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong Exchange-listed ZH International Holdings Ltd (formerly known as Heng Fai Enterprises Ltd), responsible for the company’s global business operations consisting of REIT ownership and management, property development, hotels and hospitality, as well as property and securities investment and trading. Prior to that he was Executive Director and Chief of Project Development of Singapore Exchange-listed SingHaiyi Group Ltd, overseeing all of its property development projects.
Mr. Moe Chan has a diverse background and experience in the fields of property, hospitality, investment, technology and consumer finance. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with honours from the University of Western Ontario, a Master’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering with honours and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science with honours from the University of British Columbia.
Mr. Moe Chan is the son of Mr. Chan Heng Fai.
CHARLEY W.S. MACKENZIE
Charles MacKenzie was appointed our Chief Development Officer in December 2019. Mr. MacKenzie has served as a member of the Board of Directors of LiquidValue Development since December 2017. He has served as Chief Executive Officer-United States of Alset EHome Inc. since April 2020 and has served as the Chief Development Officer for SeD Development Management, a subsidiary of Alset EHome Inc., since July 2015. Mr. MacKenzie also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Alset EHome Inc. since October 2017. He was previously the Chief Development Officer for Inter-American Development (IAD), a subsidiary of Heng Fai Enterprises Limited (now known as Zensun Enterprises Limited) from April 2014 to June 2015. Mr. MacKenzie was the owner of Smartbox Portable Storage, a residential moving and storage company, from October 2006 to a successful sale in February 2017. Mr. MacKenzie focuses on acquisitions and development of residential and mixed-use projects within the United States. Mr. MacKenzie specializes in site selection, contract negotiations, marketing and feasibility analysis, construction and management oversight, building design and investor relations. Mr. MacKenzie received a B.A. and graduate degree from St. Lawrence University, where he served on Board of Trustees from 2003 to 2007.
Chief Financial Officer
Finance & Accounting Professional with more than 15 years of working experiences in several multi-billion dollar Public and private corporations. As the Chief Financial Officer of SeD Development Management, he is responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting, reporting, and taxation activities. Developed US career from entry-level finance & accounting position to the senior management step by step.
Worked as an Equity Analyst in Hongyuan Security, in Beijing, China, concentrating on industrial and public company research and analysis. Active Certified Public Accountant and received MBA from University of Maryland and Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota. Master Business degree from Tsinghua University and Bachelor degree from Beihang University.
Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Gershon has extensive experience representing public and privately held businesses from around the world in corporate and securities law matters. In addition to advising clients as a law firm Corporate and Securities Associate, Mr. Gershon has also served as an Attorney-Adviser with the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Gershon received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
Robert Trapp has agreed to join the Board of Directors of our company upon the closing of this offering. Mr. Trapp has 35 years of cross-cultural business experience with both public and privately-owned companies in Asia, the United States and Canada, in a diverse range of industries including hospitality, finance, property, mining, software, biotech and consumer goods. Mr. Trapp is the Chief Executive Officer of BMI Capital International LLC, a FINRA broker-dealer, a position he has held since June 2015. Mr. Trapp also served as General Manager of SeD Development Management LLC, a subsidiary of Singapore eDevelopment, a position he held from September 2015 to February 2018. In addition, Mr. Trapp presently serves on the Board of Directors of several of the subsidiaries of Singapore eDevelopment. Mr. Trapp has served on the Board of Directors of AVANT Diagnostics Inc., since November 2017. Previously, Mr. Trapp served on the Board of Directors of Amarantus Bioscience Holdings Inc. from February 2017 until May 2017 and on the Board of Directors of HotApp International Inc. from December 2014 until June 2016. Mr. Trapp served as President and Director at Master of Real Estate LLC, a subsidiary of ZH International Holdings Ltd. (formerly Heng Fai Enterprises Limited), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from August 2014 to August 2015 and served as Senior Vice-President with Inter-American Management LLC, a property management subsidiary of ZH International Holdings Ltd, from October 2013 to August 2015. Mr. Trapp served as a Director of eBanker USA.com, a subsidiary of ZH International Holdings Ltd, from August 1998 to August 2015, and served as General Manager and Rep Director with Hotel Plaza Miyazaki, a subsidiary of eBanker USA.com, from September 2009 to May 2013. Mr. Trapp holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

William Wu is a managing director of Investment Banking at Glory Sun Securities Limited. Previously, he was executive director and chief executive officer of Power Financial Group Limited and has served as a director of Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited, as a director and chief executive officer of RHB Hong Kong Limited and as the chief executive officer of SW Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited (now known as Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited).Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree of Simon Fraser University in Canada. He was qualified as a chartered financial analyst of The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in 1996.
Mr. Wu previously worked for a number of international investment banks and possesses more than 26 years of experience in the investment banking, capital markets, institutional brokerage and direct investment businesses. He is a registered license holder to carry out Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Mr. Wu has served as a member of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in January 2013. Mr. Wu’s experience in banking, capital markets, investment banking, Asian economic and banking dynamics, and education in corporate finance and asset management qualifies him to serve on the Company’s Board.
